Working principle:

The surface of the back of the mahjong tile contains magnets and other things that can be attracted by magnetic force, but not on the front. The magnitude of magnetic force is that the suction ring can attract the back of mahjong tiles, but the strength of the front of mahjong tiles is weakened due to a certain thickness, which is not enough to attract mahjong.

In fact, it depends on electromagnets, which can't be used by ordinary mahjong. When the cards rotate with the disk on the inclined disk, when the cards rise to a high place, the cards with the back facing upwards are attracted by the magnetic ring on the shuffling barrel, sent to the conveying groove along with the rotation of the magnetic ring, pushed into the pier by the card folding motor of the machine head, pushed away by the chain rod, and the cards with the front facing upwards continue to rotate on the disk. After folding in pairs, the cards on the slot are distributed in all directions by the push rod.

There is a small spring on the disc to turn over the cards, so that the cards on the front are turned down, and the cards on the back are attracted by the magnetic ring until all the cards are finally sent to the slot to be taken away. When there are enough cards on all sides, people will control the lifting button on the operation panel, and the tray under the cards will send the cards folded on all sides out of the table.
