The owner of the upgrading project of Sanming Stadium is Sanming Urban Construction and Development Group Co., Ltd., and the operator is Sanming Huacheng Lv Wen Development Co., Ltd. (established by Shi Tian Overseas Chinese Town Cultural Group and Sanming Cultural Tourism Construction and Development Group, referred to as "Huacheng Lv Wen"). Since 2002111,the main business of Sanming Sports Center (venue) has been changed to Flower City Cultural Tourism.
