Does anyone know Lu Xinggang? What kind of person is he?

Lu Xingbang, whose original name is Liang Wen, whose word is Zhengdong, and whose name is Guangguo, was born in Zhuyuanli, the sixth capital of Youxi, Fujian in the sixth year of Guangxu (A.D. 1880). He lost his father when he was young, dropped out of school in poverty, and made a living by helping people make and sell homemade paper. Later, he was polluted by local local tyrants and evil gentry and was forced to shout at the mountains. In June of the 7th year of the Republic of China (A.D. 19 18), Lu Xingbang was incorporated by the Guangdong military government. Soon, Xu Chongzhi, the Guangdong army, led an army into Fujian to attack the Beiyang warlord Li Houji. Lu was recommended as a brigade commander because of his active cooperation in the war. Since then, Lu Xingbang has been promoted to the first division commander of Fujian East Road Army. He set his headquarters in Youxi County, and his influence expanded to Yong 'an, Ningyang and Datian counties. /kloc-In the winter of 0/4 (A.D. 1925), Lu Xingbang established the "Guangyu Exchange Village" and issued "Guangyu Vouchers" mainly with copper coins. The ticket is printed on brocade paper, and the relevant contents are written straight on the book paper with hair. There are three kinds of Qian Wen: 1000, 2000, 3000, and every 1 300 is worth 1 yuan. The following year, the National Revolutionary Army made a northern expedition into Fujian and appointed Lu Xingbang as the commander of northern Fujian. He was appointed as the first independent division of the National Revolutionary Army, and Lu was appointed as the teacher. After the Northern Expeditionary Army left northern Fujian, it placed the whole northern Fujian District Committee under its jurisdiction. Guangyu Exchange Village will take back the tickets one after another and will no longer use them. This edition of "Guangyu Ticket" is rare because of its limited use, short time and small quantity.

19 (A.D. 1930), with the continuous expansion of Luxing gang, the military expenditure was seriously insufficient. Its old trick is repeated, and the "Guangyu ticket" is issued again, which is compulsory in the whole northern Fujian area. The second edition of "Guang Yu Piao" greatly exceeds the previous edition in quantity and scale. The ticket is rectangular and horizontal, with a length of 14cm and a width of 8cm. The pattern is Youxi scenery, with four denominations of one yuan, three yuan, five yuan and ten yuan. At first, the merchants refused to use it on the grounds of poor paper quality. Later, Shanghai Zhonghua Bookstore was entrusted to switch to Daoguang paper printing, forcing people in the jurisdiction to use silver dollars equally. Guangyu Exchange Village set up branches in Yong 'an, Shaxian and Datian, and began to exploit merchants.

Yong 'an Guangyu Exchange Village is located in Chengguan, with a capital of more than 30,000 to 40,000 yuan. It is powerful and can handle all deposit, release and remittance business. It is a "ticket shop". The bank's lending funds mainly rely on deposits, and most of them are engaged in local products with good credit such as wood, dried bamboo shoots, mushrooms, homemade paper, tobacco and alcohol. Interest can be listed according to the market or agreed by both parties. In its operation, the bank enriched its capital by issuing non-convertible "Guangzhou-Henan tickets" under the background of Lu Xingbang warlord forces. As a result, the business and finance of Yong 'an county are based on spamming and not cashing in Zhuang votes. At the slightest sign of trouble, businessmen will panic again and again. In the 22nd year of the Republic of China (A.D. 1933), on September 1 day, Lu Xingbang suddenly declared the "Guangyu ticket" invalid and refused to recycle it, which triggered a serious "financial storm" in northern Fujian, and a large number of businesses in Yong 'an and other places closed down, and the bank tickets in the hands of ordinary people were worthless and became waste paper. A senior from Yongan talked about Lu Xingbang, and when he talked about "Guangyu ticket", he couldn't help cursing "this short-lived boy who was killed!" The following year, Yong 'an Guangyu Exchange Village was forced to close down and was taken over by Fujian Provincial Bank Yong 'an Treasury. Chiang Kai-shek adapted Lu Bu and appointed Lu Xingbang as "Chairman of Chiang Kai-shek Hangyuan of Nanchang Military Commission". He was deprived of military power and his loss of power was suppressed. He had to bear a grudge and return to his hometown, Youxi Shuangyu, and died of illness. Lu Xingbang's "Guangyu Ticket" has now become an important financial and commercial historical witness of Yongan and northern Fujian.
