Go to those two companies for interviews first. If you don’t get the interview, they will let you go to work. If one of them lets you go to work, just go. If you don't get hired, go to the job fair and check again. In fact, it mainly depends on which company you think is more promising. Try to go to that company. Moreover, frequent job-hopping is not a good choice. The most important thing in doing anything is persistence.
