1. When Party B signs an order for consumption with Party A, Party B shall first report to Party A. 2. Party B’s financial department is designated to be responsible for settling accounts with Party A and paying the amount to Party A within 7 working days after receiving the consumption details from Party A’s financial department (no more than 7 working days).

If Party B has any objection to the consumption details delivered by Party A’s finance department, it must contact Party A’s Finance Department within 7 working days after receiving the consumption details. If Party B does not reply within 7 days after the deadline, it will be regarded as Party B’s failure to respond. Approved consumption accounts.

Party B must pay within seven working days after receiving the consumption bill and invoice from Party A.

6. When Party B’s consumption reaches 90% of its consumption advance payment when Party A signs the bill, Party A’s Finance Department will notify Party B’s Finance Department to renew the advance payment of RMB 10,000.

When Party B’s consumption bill signing exceeds the total amount of its consumption advance payment (i.e. consumption arrears), Party A has the right to notify Party B in writing, telephone, fax, etc. to suspend Party B’s signing consumption right until the account is settled. Party B shall resume signing orders for consumption, otherwise, Party A shall have the right to terminate this agreement at any time, and Party B shall bear all adverse consequences resulting therefrom.

7. If the defaulting party of Party B fails to pay the consumer debt to Party A for more than 15 days as specified in this agreement, Party B shall bear the liability for breach of contract.

The liquidated damages are 50% of the advance payment. In addition, Party B must also bear the liability for compensation.

8. If there are any matters not covered in this contract, supplementary clauses will be formed after negotiation between the two parties as attachments to the cooperation.

9. Party A and Party B must conscientiously perform this contract. If there is a violation of the relevant terms of this contract, the two parties will first resolve the dispute through friendly negotiation.

2. The valid person who has made a reservation from Party B shall reserve a room with the front desk or relevant sales staff of Party A by fax or telephone in advance and provide the details of the guests who will stay. Party A will give priority to Party B's reservation.

3. The room reserved by Party B will be reserved until 18:00 on the day. If you need to continue to reserve the room, please inform Party A in advance. Otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled. Party B will be notified before cancellation.

5. Settlement matters
