1. Marking

3. Install the outer lock body

Insert the cable plug of the outer lock plate into the socket corresponding to the inner lock plate and turn on the power switch of the inner lock plate. Set and test the corresponding function of the door lock, and insert the safety switch piece and the square shaft. Then pad the waterproof rubber pad, thread the wire through the hole and align the positions of the mounting holes. When drawing holes, the folding edge of the installation die must be perpendicular to the door frame, otherwise the lock body will not be perpendicular to the door after installation.

3. After opening the hole in the door frame, be sure to clean up the sawdust or other foreign objects in the hole to prevent the door from falling into the lock body when the switch vibrates.

4. Keep the lock body clean and tidy. Don't drop abnormal things such as sawdust or iron chips into the lock body from the gap, which will cause short circuit of electronic components or jamming of other components.

5. After the lock core is installed in the installation hole, the surface of the lock core should not be higher than the surface of the door frame, and it is better to be in the same plane.

6. The hole position of the gusset plate must correspond to the position of the locking tongue. If the corresponding position is not good, the door will loosen or cannot be closed, and the safety tongue cannot be stuck in the gusset plate hole.
