The main apartment is 89 flat and two rooms. The project construction site is located on the west side of the Institute Park, with a total area of 5,600 square meters. The construction mainly consists of two 6-storey apartment buildings with a total construction area of about 7,974 square meters, including an expert apartment building with a construction area of about 4,027 square meters and 48 apartments. The postdoctoral apartment building has a construction area of about 3,947 square meters and 60 apartments.
