Malacca

Sanbaoshan

Today, Sanbaoshan has become the largest Chinese cemetery in the area, with many tombstones left in the Ming Dynasty. Sultan Manliansha also dug a well at the foot of the mountain for Princess Hanlibao. This well is not only pure and sweet, but also never dries up no matter how dry the weather is. Malacca has experienced many severe droughts, and all the local wells have dried up, except this one. In order to protect this magical well, local residents specially built a fence to protect the well, and the well water is still clear and pure.

Qingyun Pavilion

Qingyun Pavilion is the oldest temple in China, located in the southwest of Malacca. It was founded in 1645 and later renovated to become a wooden temple made of Malaysian nanmu. The plaque at the door reads "Flying from the South China Sea" in four big characters. The temple is mainly dedicated to Guanyin and Tianhou Niangniang. This temple is also called "Guanyin Stop". Qingyun Pavilion is a model of beautiful Chinese architecture. The cornices in the temple are beautifully painted. The mythical figures, birds and animals and flowers in China, which decorate the roof, roof and eaves, are all made of colored glazed tiles. The wood carvings and lacquerware displayed in the temple are all fine products shipped from China. There is a stone tablet in the temple, engraved with the story of Zheng He, a famous navigator and Sanbao eunuch in China in the Ming Dynasty, who visited Malacca in 146. The temple is full of incense. There are a pair of golden lions at the entrance of the temple. The whole body is dazzling with gold, and only the gold on the top of the lion's head has fallen off. Dutch Red House

Located on the east bank of the Malacca River, the Dutch Red House was built in the 17th century and is the oldest Dutch-style building in Southeast Asia. It has been the seat of government agencies for more than 3 years, and it was not until 198 that it was changed to Malacca Museum. The red room has thick red brick walls, heavy hard wooden doors and wide stone steps in front of the door. The museum retains historical relics of various periods in Malacca, including ancient Dutch weapons, Portuguese costumes since the 16th century, Malay wedding costumes, gold, silver and jewelry handicrafts, and pictures of various ancient ships moored at the port of Malacca. St. Paul's Church
