You can walk along the viaduct in the direction of Gong Hui Square until you come to the intersection of Gonghui Guangchang Xiaqiao Hotel, then turn right from a Chuntian Hotel, walk in the direction of the municipal government and walk to the municipal government square. There are several stops in front of Zhuo Zhan and Zhuo Zhan. See if there is a car you need. If you don't leave, go to the city hall square. When you see Liaoning Grand Theatre, turn left at that T-junction.
