The hotel is located in Shaoxing Huijishan Tourist Resort. It was originally the place where Dayu You's descendants lived and lived. It has a history of more than 4,000 years and covers an area of 44,500 square meters. The whole building complex of the hotel is distributed along the river in the loose form of single-family houses. The overall planning pays attention to the natural ecological environment of ancient villages and does not destroy every grass, tree, brick and tile. Ming and Qing buildings with white walls and tiles are the main body, with small bridges and flowing water interspersed among them, ancestral halls, theaters, patios and tiles. The unique ancient village temperament, almost extreme decoration design, and the geographical location and historical background hidden in the city make the hotel retain a lot of mystery.

The first phase of the hotel covers an area of 44,500 square meters, with a building area of 1.38 million square meters. There are 99 theme rooms in the planning, with the area ranging from 40 to 280 square meters, and each room has an independent landscape, a small bridge or a deep courtyard. Different styles of building structures have built a unique guest room pattern. The theme dining area is equipped with more than 400 seats, and the garden box covers an area of 560 square meters, including the conference hall, main hall and private garden. The hotel is equipped with various recreational facilities, such as a book bar, fishing, chess room and so on. Among them, the Yu Family Museum is a museum for storing the culture of Dayu's descendants.
