What level of English is required by the staff of quasi-five-star hotels?

My English level in high school is enough. I have a relative who used to work in a five-star hotel. Her English is poor and her vocational education level is high. She doesn't need to talk to foreigners at all. She can understand. Thank you or something. If you want to handle things in English, the hotel will have special staff to communicate with foreigners. Please adopt it.
