Why Yinchuan in Ningxia is the pearl in the fortress?

Although Ningxia has a vast territory, it is relatively desolate with little rain all the year round. How can it be called Jiangnan? It was not until a recent trip to Yinchuan that I realized that my ideas were all wet. Early in the morning, I started running along the Taiyuan-Yin Zhong railway, screaming from a cave to Yinchuan, the vast northwest. In my impression, the whole northwest should be a lonely desert and a vast scene of sunset, but after I arrived in Yinchuan Huaxia Hetu Art Town, I had a completely different idea. This Yinchuan Contemporary Art Museum, located in the corner of the northwest city, shocked the magical charm and made my mind and soul come true. The golden bank of the Yellow River, Qianhetao Plain, Qingtongxia, Wuzhong and Yinchuan are dotted with lakes, fragrant rice and lush Pingchuan, which makes people feel rich here. Because of its geographical location, Yinchuan is hot in summer, with little rain, large temperature difference between day and night, and long sunshine time, which strengthens glucose, vitamins, amino acids and other components in watermelon, making Ningxia watermelon form a unique good character, especially sweet and delicious. According to legend, during the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty, watermelons in Ningxia were famous all over the country. It is no exaggeration to describe this land with richness and beauty, and the reputation of "being in the south of the Yangtze River" is well deserved.
