The reserve cadre (MT) of Pizza Hut has to interview for four rounds (HR interview, regional manager interview, restaurant manager interview and regional manager interview).

Reserve cadres are restaurant assistants, promoted to assistant restaurant manager and then promoted to restaurant manager.
