I think a person needs to have a concept that takes public morality into account. If he blindly disobeys the public morality, then there will be problems in his ideological and moral aspects. The same is true for enterprises. They should abide by their own industry regulations and rules, and can't break the industry norms casually, cheat consumers and cheat money with various excuses. Both are immoral and violate social norms.

I saw that a guest used 70 kWh in just two days after staying in the hotel, which was a great waste and immoral behavior. If there is no clear price tag, then the behavior of the hotel is unreasonable. No matter how to explain it, first of all, the hotel is always at fault, because it violates the industry rules and is a phenomenon of arbitrary charges. If this situation is tolerated, the whole industry will become unruly.

The wasteful behavior of hotel guests can be reminded in time after the guests check in, but this hotel has not done any work at all. On the contrary, when guests leave, they start asking for extra fees, which is a violation of industry norms and a greater violation of consumers' rights and interests. Therefore, the hotel's behavior is 100% wrong, and it is unreasonable to charge fees, which is even more in violation of relevant laws.
