Dali epidemic prevention policy

Dali’s epidemic prevention policies are as follows:

1. Starting from 0:00 on August 30, the “3+4” prevention and control measures will be implemented for those who have a history of living in Sichuan Province and enter (return to) the state. Control measures (3 days of centralized quarantine and 4 days of home health monitoring) are required. Those who do not meet the conditions for home health monitoring will be subject to 7 days of centralized quarantine. For those who have entered (returned) to the prefecture with a history of residence in Sichuan Province within 7 days (August 23 to 29), 7-day home health monitoring measures will be implemented. Those who do not meet the conditions for home health monitoring will be subject to centralized isolation;

2. Implement "3+4" prevention and control measures (3 days of centralized isolation and 4 days of home health monitoring) for those who have entered (returned) to Qinghai within 7 days. Those who do not have the conditions for home health monitoring will be subject to centralized quarantine;

3. Those who have entered (returned) from Tibet within 7 days will continue to be quarantined for 7 days;

4. For the above-mentioned people who have a history of living in Sichuan, Qinghai, and Tibet and enter (return) the prefecture, the control time will be calculated based on the principle of “fill in and fill out” from the date of entry (return) to Yunnan. On the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th , Nucleic acid testing will be carried out once every 7 days, and the centralized quarantine expenses will be borne by oneself;

5. For those who have a history of living in Hainan and Xinjiang within 7 days, "two tests in three days" will be implemented, that is, "on-department inspection" once, with an interval A nucleic acid test will be conducted again in 24 hours; 6. Persons entering (returning) the prefecture with a history of traveling to Sichuan, Qinghai, Tibet or domestic medium- and high-risk areas within the past 7 days should take the initiative to report to the destination community (village group) Report to your , work unit or hotel (inn) where you are staying, and actively cooperate with the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures.
