Dali’s epidemic prevention policies are as follows:

1. Starting from 0:00 on August 30, the “3+4” prevention and control measures will be implemented for those who have a history of living in Sichuan Province and enter (return to) the state. Control measures (3 days of centralized quarantine and 4 days of home health monitoring) are required. Those who do not meet the conditions for home health monitoring will be subject to 7 days of centralized quarantine. For those who have entered (returned) to the prefecture with a history of residence in Sichuan Province within 7 days (August 23 to 29), 7-day home health monitoring measures will be implemented. Those who do not meet the conditions for home health monitoring will be subject to centralized isolation;

2. Implement "3+4" prevention and control measures (3 days of centralized isolation and 4 days of home health monitoring) for those who have entered (returned) to Qinghai within 7 days. Those who do not have the conditions for home health monitoring will be subject to centralized quarantine;

3. Those who have entered (returned) from Tibet within 7 days will continue to be quarantined for 7 days;

For the above-mentioned people who have a history of living in Sichuan, Qinghai, and Tibet and enter (return) the prefecture, the control time will be calculated based on the principle of “fill in and fill out” from the date of entry (return) to Yunnan.
