The former site of the New Yaohan Building, located at Friendship Avenue in Xingang, Macau, was completed at 1992. It is adjacent to the Palace Casino in the south, Fisherman's Wharf in Macau in the north, Huili Casino in the east and Reservoir in the west. This building has four floors, and there is an underground parking lot on the first floor. Although the location of the old store is superior, Macau Tourism and Entertainment Co., Ltd. needs to develop the "Poseidon" plan in this area, so the old store has been closed since August 2, 2008.

The new Yaohan Building, located on the Grand Commercial Avenue in Praia, officially opened on August 8th. East to the King Entertainment Hotel, west to the Primary Court Building. After the relocation, the new Yaohan has been increased from the previous four floors to nine floors, with three floors of underground parking. The other floors in the building are offices and warehouses in new Yaohan. Each floor of the new store has a different theme, and the area will be smaller than the original, so the total area will be reduced by about 10% compared with the old store, and some counters and departments will be deleted.
