Admission interview: Haike should have a certain English foundation. Only applicants who have passed the interview can receive relevant training.

Professional training: attend professional courses. Usually, according to the applicant's English knowledge and hotel service experience, the training time varies from 1-3 months. Courses include: cruise English, service etiquette, service psychology, professional standard operation, safety laws and regulations, cruise introduction and other related courses. Those who have no hotel service experience should participate in internship for a certain period of time. Depending on the time and course, the training cost is about 1500-5000 yuan.

Employment interview: After the training, the trainees will be interviewed by cruise companies such as RCCL. The company understands the knowledge, skills and suitable positions of the trainees and decides whether to hire them.

Maritime training: Seafarers are first of all sailors, and they need to participate in the training of relevant maritime certificates and obtain certificates. Such as basic safety certificate, international seafarers' English certificate, safety awareness, special training certificate for passenger ship seafarers, etc. The above training will take about 1.5 months. Employment on board: you need to hold certificates such as sailing certificate, health certificate and seaman's certificate, and sign a labor dispatch agreement with the labor dispatch unit. The labor dispatch unit will charge about 13000 yuan for dispatch service (including maritime training and certificate, seaman's certificate and other fees).
