How can I get a refund if I can't stay in the hotel booked on Ctrip?

Prepaid hotels cannot be cancelled or refunded. Time-limited cancellation and free cancellation are acceptable. Please check the cancellation conditions before booking.

Most hotels check out at noon 12. In some hotels, the check-out number is 14.

Half-day room rate will be charged for overtime, and full-day room rate will be charged for 18 pm.
