If the agent tells you that the room has been booked, you must have the hotel's confirmation number (a few foreign islands don't have confirmation numbers, and some agents won't have confirmation numbers for the time being). You can confirm your reservation information directly with the hotel through this confirmation number. There are two ways to confirm with the hotel:

1. If your English is good, the easiest and most convenient way is to call the hotel reservation department directly and ask for your reservation information. Remember to call the hotel reservation department instead of the front desk, because some guests have reported the situation before, and the hotel front desk can't find any information. This is because some hotel systems are not very unified, and the reservation department often gives the information of the guests who need to stay at the front desk only about one week in advance, which leads to the front desk being unable to find it.
