He has become a well-organized and worshipped god in more than 50 countries and regions in the world, thus forming a unique landscape in China's cultural history-Guan.

Guan Yu, whom the world admires so much, has the essence of benevolence, wisdom and courage. Benevolence is love, righteousness is credibility, wisdom is culture, and courage is not afraid of difficulties. These are completely consistent with and complementary to the construction of a harmonious society with integrity that is strongly advocated today.

Xuchang was once an important activity place of Guan Yu's military career. Baling Bridge, the famous site of Guan Gong's robe picking, the Spring and Autumn Building, the site of Gong Ma Xie Pavilion, and the location of today's Yuan Bo Garden.

The Three Kingdoms Expo Park plans to invest 200 million yuan to build a cultural leisure resort based on the culture of the Three Kingdoms, with open waters as the background, supported by natural ecology, featuring aquaculture and viewing, focusing on leisure catering, aiming at health and harmony, and integrating tourism, holiday catering. It has four functions of inheriting the culture of the Three Kingdoms, showing the new look of Liancheng, feeling the scenery in the south of the Yangtze River and enjoying the special food, and four highlights: cultural heritage, architectural style, rippling blue waves and beautiful night scenes. In 2009, it was listed as a key construction project by the municipal government.

At present, the leisure dining area of the first phase of the Garden Expo Park covers an area of 100 mu, with an investment of 60 million yuan. She takes Shanghai Guinness World Records, the world's tallest stone statue of Guan Gong, as the cultural building, the unique and elegant cultural relics exhibition hall [Qi Yuxuan] as the artistic building, the oval [Dongyue Palace] which can accommodate nearly a thousand people at the same time as the landmark building, the bamboo pavilion covered bridge with southern style as the characteristic building, and the unparalleled water, island and night as the ornamental building. The Expo Park fully demonstrates and embodies the culture, times and ecology.

According to the original plan, we will systematically study, explore, inherit and carry forward the culture of the Three Kingdoms, especially Guan Gong culture. Yuan Bo Garden has established extensive cooperation and exchanges with Guan Lin in Luoyang, Yuncheng in Shanxi, Dangyang in Hubei, descendants of Guan Gong and other cultural groups in Southeast Asian countries. It also built a forest of steles in the park, carved the cover pictures and texts of 60 famous dramas of The Romance of the Three Kingdoms on irregular stone tablets, hung the famous fighting lines and allusions in The Romance of the Three Kingdoms on bamboo tubes, hung them in all guest rooms and corridors, made celebrities with surnames in The Romance of the Three Kingdoms for tourists to enjoy, and concentrated the scenic spots related to the culture of the Three Kingdoms, especially Guan Gong, at home and abroad here. Many influential and valuable cultural relics, handicrafts and specialties will be displayed here, and organizations such as celebrity calligraphy and painting, calligraphy competitions and writers' studios will also be arranged here. Even catering and meals will introduce the rare dishes of Three Kingdoms cuisine and ecological green health care recipes in China, supplemented by the costumes and etiquette of the Three Kingdoms era, so that tourists can feel the aftertaste of history and taste special dishes. Let domestic and foreign tourists come to Yuan Bo Park, get to know, love and publicize Xuchang in a one-stop and zero-distance way, and finally achieve the goal of improving Xuchang's historical and cultural taste and building Xuchang's historical and cultural brand.

The second phase of the project also needs to build enough supporting facilities to improve its service function. Such as Guan Gong Cultural Research Center, office building, camp building, bathing place, KTV, etc.
