Introduction to Moscow tourist attractions

Speaking of Russia, we are all familiar with it, and today the editor would like to introduce it to you. Relatively speaking, we have a good understanding of it. So, let us take a look at the tourist attractions here in Moscow today!

Zaryadye Park

Address: Ulitsa Varvarka (nearby subway stations: Chinatown Station, Revolution Square Station, Theater Station, Hunter Commercial Station)

Opening hours: Open all day.

Zadel Park is located in the center of Moscow, just a stone's throw from the Kremlin. This park covers an area of ??13 hectares. Ground was broken in 2014 and completed at the end of August 2008. It was officially opened on September 9, Moscow's 870th anniversary. Russian President Vladimir Putin and Moscow Mayor Sobyanin attended the opening ceremony, and welcomed the first group of tourists on September 11.

The name of Zhajiye Park comes from the historical name of Zhajiye. Zaryagino means "behind the store" in Russian. It was originally the commercial district outside and east of the Kremlin.

The park consists of two parts: green world and modern architecture. Green World includes four typical Russian landforms: wetlands, steppes, forests and permafrost, displayed in miniature landscapes. There are different types of trees, shrubs and artificially planted plants, as well as extensive green lawns.

The unique natural landscape in the park attracts a large number of Moscow citizens and tourists from various countries. They strolled in the coniferous forest by the river, walked through the green grass, and felt the paradise-like birch forest (plus various plant wonders).

In addition, the park also uses temperature regulation, wind control and natural light to simulate an artificially created microclimate, allowing visitors to experience it first-hand.

Modern buildings include a concert hall, an open-air theatre, a multimedia center and an underground ice cave. These buildings are novel in shape, incorporating various elements of modernist architecture and showing the characteristics of modern urban life. All buildings in the park are organically embedded in the green world, forming a cultural landscape in which man and nature are harmonious.

The Multimedia Center (Science Education Center) will take you into human civilization, where you can participate in interesting experiments, scientific conferences, knowledge lectures on genetics, biotechnology, microbiology, geography and ecology. Held regularly. People of all ages can learn corresponding scientific knowledge here.

The artificial greenhouse here is also called a multi-layer greenhouse, and a variety of exotic tropical plants are cultivated through aeroponics. Aeroponics is a method of growing plants directly in the air without using soil. Not only that, there is also a mysterious ice cave here, which contains various natural wonders in the north.

There is a food center in the park where you can taste traditional Russian dishes or order a meal to take to the most comfortable place in the park for a picnic with friends!

The Federal Building contains offices of major companies, observation decks, shopping malls, panoramic restaurants and the Moscow Tower Museum. You can also stay in a hotel here or rent a small apartment for a modern feel.

From a distance, the Moscow Federal Building seems far away from the city center, but in fact, about 30 minutes’ walk from here, you can reach the ancient Arbat Street, the stately Russian Government Building, the famous Russian hotels, as well as the riverside streets of Nyanskaya, Plesvoi province, which are beautiful all year round.

Opening hours: all day

Not many people know about this small park located near the Pokorov City Gate, as it was a city attraction that was established in 1960 Officially opened in the year. The main symbol here is the ancient wall of a white city, which is exposed above the ground. It was part of Moscow's protective wall, which surrounded the city's borders in the 16th-18th centuries. The city wall is 10 kilometers long and 4.5 meters thick.

In 571, the Tatars attacked and burned the old wooden walls of Moscow. From 1585 to 1591, during the reign of Emperor Fidel Ivanovich, craftsmen built this new stone wall on the site of the old wooden wall according to the design of the architect Fidel Kony.

But in the mid-18th century, as the city expanded outward, the city wall was demolished because it lost its original fortification significance. People planted trees on the demolished city walls, which led to the later boulevard loop.

Nowadays, every Friday and Saturday, this place will become a favorite gathering place for young people. If you want to visit the ancient city wall quietly here, it is best to choose the morning or noon on weekdays.
