You just said how to calculate the basic salary. It should be said that this deduction is unreasonable.

1. First look at the salary structure of your hotel;

2. Is the basic salary of 900 you said the same as the local minimum wage?

3. General vacation deduction: your salary for a few days off+full attendance deduction;

4. Deduction formula in general enterprises: your salary /2 1.5* your days off+attendance deduction (that is, 900/2 1.5*9=377 yuan+attendance deduction);
