Ctrip will not reserve a room when booking a hotel for deferred payment. Ctrip will only book a room if the hotel reservation is guaranteed by payment and confirmed by SMS, otherwise it will not book a room. Reservation room, as its name implies, is the room reserved by the hotel for OTA channel.
