In fact, Weihai Lufthansa Operation Company has nothing to do with Beijing Lufthansa Company. It is purely the leather bag company registered by Eastcom Real Estate in Weihai that confuses people. Yansha company has been operating without qualification for many years, and has no investment promotion ability and comprehensive management ability of shopping malls. The shopping malls in the most prosperous section of Shichang Avenue were paralyzed, and many investors were deceived. In the past five years, they have not seen any profits and suffered huge economic losses.

3. Yansha was suspected of false propaganda and changed the format of the shopping mall without authorization. Yansha used outlets to make false propaganda, which attracted a large number of investors. Without informing the owner, he changed the commercial format without authorization, promoted the outlet commercial center at the opening of the project, and later changed it to Weihai Jewelry Art City. The entrusted operation contract project signed with most owners is still the outlet commercial center. No agreement was signed after the business format was changed without authorization, and a decent jeweler was not invited after the name change. Now renamed Hongfu Plaza, the business is bleak. There are many shops in the mall, and most of the shops on the second and third floors are idle. It was Yansha's stupidity that put the mall in a desperate situation.

4. Yansha broke the contract seriously and refused to pay the rent due for breach of contract. Both the developer (Weihai Dongxin Real Estate) and the operator (Weihai Yansha Commercial Management Company) are listed as enterprises with abnormal operation and serious violation of laws and trust.

5. The illegal operation and poor management of Yansha Property made merchants afraid to settle in. Yansha Company has been operating without qualification for five years. After several business model changes, it didn't really put the shopping center into operation. They didn't really focus on attracting investment and operating shopping malls, and charged high property fees to the settled merchants, which led to the existing merchants being overwhelmed and withdrawing their rents one after another. As soon as the new merchants who are interested in moving in heard of such high property fees, they gave up the idea of moving in directly. In the long run, the operation of shopping malls will enter a vicious circle and the interests of owners will be damaged.
