How does Zhixing complain about the hotel?

1. Log in to Zhixing official website or mobile APP, find the "My Order" option under the "Personal Center" page, and click Enter.

2. Find the hotel order that needs to be complained in the order list, and click "View Order" to enter the order details page.

3. Find the "Online Customer Service" or "Contact Customer Service" button on the order details page, and click to enter the customer service consultation page.

4. On the customer service consultation page, describe your complaint and submit it, and Zhixing customer service will follow up.
