First of all, the registration form is usually one to two pages. The title of the form is "full name of the company + employee entry registration form". Then the first few lines of the form are the personal information of the employees, such as name, gender, and ID card. Current residential address, etc. 02

The next step is educational experience. Educational experience should be filled in starting from the highest educational level. Generally, companies only require high school education and above. 03

Then there is the work experience, which is also filled in from the most recent date forward. 04

Then fill in the family member information, mainly filling in the member’s name, contact number and relationship with me. 05

Next are some precautions that employees need to know when joining the company, such as ensuring the authenticity of personal information, introduction to the entry position, and some of the company's requirements for new employees, etc. 06

The second page is usually filled in by the company's human resources department, and the department head and general manager sign the entry opinions. 07
