Apprenticeship in hotels or other places is not recommended. It takes a long time for a master to really start teaching you things and go to a well-known professional school. The teacher is hands-on, teaching seriously, teaching environment is good, learning atmosphere is strong, and you learn quickly. After graduation, it is more beneficial for you to work or start your own business.
