Whether it is six licensed private clinics or 10 underground clinics, their business signs are conspicuously marked: treating sexually transmitted diseases or skin diseases, specializing in syphilis and so on.

The Spring Festival is relatively simple, only to worship the ancestral temple, before the Qingming Festival every year; Autumn festival is more grand, not only to worship the tomb, but also to worship the ancestral temple. In the ancestor worship activities in Xiasha, the scene of eating potted vegetables is extremely spectacular and rare in the world. Radish and yuba, which are the easiest to absorb vegetable juice, are placed on the bottom, and the rich seafood and meat are layered on top of each other, and their tastes penetrate each other.

It is advisable to set off firecrackers before opening a cauldron banquet. For the big pot dish banquet in Xiasha, dragon and lion dances should be performed first. Xiasha has its own dragon and lion, and there is a dragon and lion team organized by the villagers themselves. Before the banquet, the dragon and lion swam around the square to greet the guests and pray for "good weather, peace and prosperity" to set off a happy atmosphere. As soon as the guests arrived, firecrackers exploded, gongs and drums roared, and dragons and lions danced. The square is crowded and lively. After the dragon and lion dances, tables and stools were set in the square in front of the ancestral temple and a banquet was held. Before the "Cultural Revolution", at the same time as the banquet, there were cultural programs, usually inviting Cantonese opera teams to perform Cantonese opera.

1993 Lantern Festival, the custom of "cauldron dishes", which was interrupted for nearly 30 years, resumed for the first time in Xiasha. Later, it was restored in other villages one after another, and its scale expanded year by year. Every year, Huang clansmen from all over the world travel thousands of miles back to Xiasha to participate in sacrificial activities, inherit national culture and enhance friendship in their native land.
