The park covers an area of 50,400 square meters with a planned construction area of 292,000 square meters. The first phase of the project has started, with an estimated investment of 250 million yuan. Shuibei International Jewelry Plaza is located on the west side of Buxin Road Petrochemical Industrial Zone, covering an area of 27,000 square meters, with a planned construction area of 200,000 square meters and a total investment of 654.38+07 billion yuan. After the completion of the above two old renovation projects, the jewelry base will add nearly 500,000 square meters of industrial development space. In addition to the above two projects, there are many old renovation projects such as Shuibei Village, former FAW Exhibition Hall, Belle Garden, Jinwei Winery and Buxin Industrial Zone. The relevant formalities are being handled. The construction of these old renovation projects will bring a broader space for the development of the jewelry base and enhance the overall image of the jewelry base.

Strengthen cooperation with China Gem Association and the Ministry of Land and Resources, and speed up the construction of jewelry schools. The construction of Jewelry School includes Bailey Middle School, Jewelry School and underground public parking lot, with a total construction area of about 40,000 square meters and a total investment of about 65.438+0.47 billion yuan.
