What are the scenic spots in Taipei?

1. National Palace Museum in Taipei

The National Palace Museum in Taipei, located in Shuangxi outside Taipei, is not a historic site, nor is it as grand as the National Palace Museum in Beijing. However, when Chiang Kai-shek moved to Taiwan Province, he brought all the most precious cultural relics to Taiwan Province Province. China's cultural relics collected in the museum are priceless and rare treasures, such as jade "Jade Cabbage" and "Special-shaped Stone", Quick Snow Clearing Post by the Jin Dynasty calligrapher Wang Xizhi, Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival by the Qing Dynasty, and Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival by Fan Kuan. According to the statistics of the institute, as of February 2008, it has about 650,000 pieces of collection, making it the largest museum in Taiwan Province Province.

In addition to the collections regularly exhibited, the Palace Museum will also launch thematic special exhibitions from time to time, which is also the key content of tourists' participation.

Admission: Ordinary fare is NT$ 160 yuan, and group fare above 10 is RMB 120 yuan.

2. 10 1 architecture

Every international metropolis has a modern architectural coordinate that can represent its image, such as the Empire State Building in new york, the Eiffel Tower in Paris and the Jinmao Tower in Shanghai. The Taipei 10 1 Building, which was completed in 2003, is a landmark in Taipei today and was once the tallest building in the world. However, it was surpassed by the unfinished Burj Dubai in the United Arab Emirates in 2007, but there are still three records that are the highest in the world: the tallest.

Taipei 10 1 is 508 meters high, including10/floor above ground and 5 floors underground. Visitors can buy tickets at the entrance counter on the fifth floor of the shopping center, and then take the fastest elevator in the world for 37 seconds to reach the 89th floor indoor observation deck at an altitude of 382 meters. In addition to the excellent panoramic view, there are also beverage bars, photography services and souvenir sales. To reach the outdoor observation deck on the 9 1 floor, visitors must add a ticket on the 89th floor to go upstairs. If the weather is bad, it will not open.

The outer wall of Taipei 10 1 is also a bulletin board for Taipei people's activities. In the evening, it will change color because of different festivals or activities, such as the heart-shaped pattern of Valentine's Day, China's New Year's greetings, the green Christmas tree at Christmas, or E = MC2 celebrating the centenary of Einstein's theory of relativity ... You can even use it to make your suggestions as long as you have enough funds.

Transportation: transfer to the free shuttle bus at Exit 2 of the municipal government station on the south line of MRT.

3. Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall

Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall is not only an important landmark in Taipei, but also a building closely related to the modern political process in Taiwan Province Province. It was built during the Kuomintang dictatorship in Taiwan Province Province, and its architectural style is similar to that of a temple.

Facing the archway of Zhongshan South Road, the building rules are the same as those of Lu Shen in front of the ancient imperial tomb. At the end of 2007, under the leadership of Democratic Progressive Party, the words "Dazhong Zheng Zhi" were removed, and the words "Freedom Square" were newly cast by Wang Xizhi the next day. The square between the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall and the archway is a meeting place for Taipei citizens, and the activities of knocking down the flat land are held here.

4. Longshan Temple

In The Street of the Future, Huang Shujun sang how enthusiastic the pedestrians in Longshan Temple are. The most complete China culture in Taipei is superstition. Whether seeking a career, survival, winning the lottery, or even finding a wife, everything must go to the temple to ask the gods for blessing. Whether the incense is flourishing or not represents the efficacy of this temple. Longshan Temple in Taipei, where incense has flourished for 270 years, not only has historical value in architecture and art, but also can be said to be the belief center of old Taipei people.

Longshan Temple is located in Wanhua District of Taipei, formerly known as Qi. The Lord God is the Guanyin Bodhisattva invited by Longshan Temple in Jinjiang, Fujian in the third year of Qing Qianlong. Although it is a Buddhist temple, it is actually a temple where Buddhism and Taoism are integrated, so it is not as quiet as traditional Buddhist temples, but more of a festive and lively atmosphere of Taoist temples. The main hall of Longshan Temple is dedicated to Guanyin Bodhisattva, Manjusri Bodhisattva, Samantabhadra Bodhisattva, Lohan and Dharma Protector, and the back hall is dedicated to Taoist gods. Among them, the legend of Emperor Wenchang and the old man under the moon is particularly effective. During the exam season, the followers of this lighthouse are full, and they need to get the number plate to wait. On the eve of Tanabata, many unmarried men and women also came to ask for marriage.

Transportation: get off at Longshansi Station on the south line of MRT.

5. Yangming Mountain

Yangmingshan is located in the north of Taipei basin, 40 minutes' drive. Before 1945, it was called "Cao Shan". After World War II, Chiang Kai-shek changed it to "Yangming Mountain" to commemorate his favorite Ming Confucian Wang Yangming.

The hinterland of Yangming Mountain is very vast, with famous scenic spots such as small pits and sulfur valley jet holes, which is the last landscape of volcanic activity. Spring is the flower season of Yangming Mountain. Early spring is full of cherry blossoms and azaleas, and spring and summer are the taro season in bamboo lake, which can be said to be the back garden of Taipei people.

After a busy day, Taipei people often drive to Yangmingshan to enjoy the night view, tea and food, in order to find a place to wash lead. After three or four hours of precipitation on the mountain, I have recovered my flagging vigor and vitality, and I have to start a new day. From the road behind the mountain of the Culture University, couples approached each other and quietly overlooked the whole street view of Taipei under the wind. Sword-shaped Taipei 10 1, resplendent shin kong mitsukoshi Tower, bustling East Taipei, expressway as bright as a dragon, and street lamps leading into the Danshui River in the sea are dazzling.

Transportation: To Yangmingshan National Park, you can take the MRT Danshui Line to Tan Jian Station, transfer to No.5 bus to Yangmingshan main station, and then transfer to 108 leisure bus. From Taibei Park Road to Jinshan, Taiqi Passenger Transport can reach various scenic spots of Jin Yang Highway and Baraka Highway, including Zhuzi Lake, Erziping Recreation Area, Caigongkeng Mountain, Datun Nature Park, Xiaoyoukeng and Manger.

6. Maokong Tea Garden

Maokong Tea Garden, located at the southern tip of Taipei City, was once the largest tea-producing area in Taipei, and Tieguanyin was the most famous. Later, after the output decreased, the government helped transform it into a sightseeing tea garden, which is now the scene of teahouses and wild shops on the mountain. Maokong means "wrinkled pit" in Taiwanese, which originated from the pot cave topography of its upstream stream. It is also said that there is a bobcat hole on the mountain, so it is called "Maokeng".

The Maokong cable car system, which was officially put into operation last summer, makes the traffic process of drinking tea and enjoying the night scene more interesting. You can take the MRT Muka Line to the terminal zoo station, first visit the largest Muka Zoo in Asia, and then take the cable car up the mountain. Cat Cable is a suspended car with eight seats. As the height rises all the way, it is very exciting. It feels like Mount Tai walking through the jungle, with the highest point overlooking the green scenery of the tea garden. The cat cable at night is not only cool and pleasant, but also you can hear frogs and owls and enjoy the colorful night view of Taipei.

Transportation: MRT Mucha Zoo Station exit, turn left to the cable car station and transfer to the cable car station.

7. Beitou Hot Spring

The word Pataauw means "witch" in the Ketagalan language of Taiwan Province aborigines. Because the hot spring air floats all the year round, the Ketagalan people believe that this phenomenon is caused by the practice of witches. However, although the legend is romantic, its popularity and vague imagination are more due to its romantic hot spring town from the Japanese occupation era to the post-war period.

During the Japanese colonial rule, Beitou became the villa gathering place of Japanese political and business celebrities in Taiwan Province. When Sun Yat-sen visited Taiwan, he also stayed at the Xingnaitang Hotel in Beitou. Since the beginning of the 20th century, Beitou, Yangmingshan (Taipei), Guanzailing (Tainan) and Sihongxi (Pingtung) have been called the "Four Hot Springs" in Taiwan Province Province. Beitou Hot Spring is the earliest developed hot spring with the most convenient transportation. It takes only 15 to 20 minutes to take the MRT from downtown Taipei.

Beitou Hot Springs not only have excellent springs, but also have various comfortable rest facilities. From public open-air bathing places with tickets of tens of yuan to luxury hotels with a price of 10,000 yuan per night, they can provide services to meet the needs of different tourists. Ancient Spring, left over from the Japanese occupation era, is still open to the outside world, including Longnaitang, Xingnaitang (a village) and Yinsongge. These three antique old baths are known as the "three treasures of Beitou hot spring architecture", where you can enjoy authentic Japanese hot spring baths. There are also Beitou Park, Hot Spring Museum, Cultural Relics Museum, Fossett and other buildings in the hot spring area, which are also cultural attractions that can't be missed when visiting this area.
