The original plan is to build two apartment hotels with 3 floors each, eight residential buildings with 24-32 floors, and two apartment hotels, 1#, 2# and 5# residential buildings with commercial podium on the first and second floors, but now it is changed to plan to build two office buildings with 35 floors each and seven residential buildings with 22-32 floors. In addition, the layout position of the switching station and power distribution room is also adjusted from the ground to the basement 1~2 floors. The area of the basement has also been greatly reduced.
