How do chefs usually go to work? How about the treatment of senior chefs? The specific schedule should be clear and divided into several levels. Is there a future?

For chefs in China, there are usually two shifts, namely 9 am to 2 pm and 5 pm to 9 pm. Western chefs usually have morning and evening shifts, with the morning shift from 5: 00 to 2: 00 (one hour is the meal time) and the evening shift 1:30- 10:30 (one hour is the meal time). The future development of chefs will vary from person to person, and cannot be generalized. In other words, although there are many talents in this industry, it is not easy to become a famous chef. The key depends on whether you have perseverance and basic skills! For example, my students learn western food from me, and students won the bronze medal in the world series in the shortest two months. Some people may not be able to have a stable job for one year after graduation. As long as they work hard, there is nothing they can't do. I am a national senior chef, engaged in western food for 25 years (mainly engaged in the teaching and discussion of French food), and returned to China to teach in 2008. Now, I am mainly responsible for training and transporting western food chefs for well-known catering enterprises at home and abroad, and training the best western food players for international competitions.
