Is it better to buy a house in a university town or a tea garden?

Personally, I think it's better to be a university town. I have been to the university town and tea garden myself, and I feel that there is really nothing to eat and play in the tea garden. The university town is different, with complete living facilities. There used to be Xi Street, but now there is U City Tianjie. I heard that they have a business of 240,000 square meters, and they will all open in recent years. The construction speed of business circle is definitely faster than that of university town. Buying a house is absolutely enjoyable.
