Can I return the hotel booked by Ctrip?

Under normal circumstances, it can be returned, but whether it can be returned depends on the scheduled situation:

1. If the hotel booked is paid at the front desk and no credit card guarantee is provided, log in to the member account directly.

2. If the order is prepaid or provided with credit card, cash and other guarantees, just dial 1 before the latest cancellation or modification time, and the hotel reservation department will handle it.

3. Cancellation of hotel reservation may result in expenses. If it is a pre-paid non-cancellable hotel or the cancellation time is short, the room rate will be lost; If it is a guaranteed hotel, the guaranteed amount will be charged as a fee.

Ctrip stipulates:

1. Hotel prepaid and guaranteed orders have the latest modification and cancellation time. If it is modified or cancelled before this, the room rate will not be deducted. After the last modification and cancellation time, if Ctrip modifies or cancels, the corresponding room rate will be deducted.

2. Customers who use online payment will return the money to the credit card that provides payment through the bank. If this refund is caused by the guest, the refund fee will be borne by the cardholder. 3. Air ticket order: When the order status shows "Issued" or "Completed", you cannot cancel the order online or by phone. You can apply for a refund, but it may cause some losses. ?

4. If you don't use the e-ticket and print out your trip to travel itinerary, you can refund your ticket according to airline regulations. If you have printed a business trip to travel itinerary, you must process it through a business trip to travel itinerary.
