Henan Apartment Management Association is approved by the Henan Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and registered with the Henan Provincial Department of Civil Affairs of societies. Based in Henan, serving the whole country.

Henan Apartment Management Association consists of Yueru Apartment, Mofei Apartment, Nuxing Apartment, Midou Apartment, Rongshengjia Apartment, Chengzhongjia Apartment, Muchong Apartment, Heheyu, Xiqueyujia, Twenty outstanding long-term rental apartment companies for young people in Henan, including Jaeger-LeCoultre, Yijia Fanxing, and Lehu Youth Community, were initiated and established. Currently, there are more than 260 member units, including more than 30 real estate developers and supply chain service companies. There are more than 30 apartment management companies inside and outside the province and more than 200 apartment management companies. In recent years, the total number of house rentals has exceeded 200,000, and the cumulative number of young people renting houses is about 1 million.

? The Henan Apartment Management Association initiated the establishment of the Apartment Supply Chain Partner Platform. 13 outstanding local apartment companies in Henan serve as founding partners. By integrating the advantages of supply chain resources, they provide member companies with centralized decoration of home furnishings. Procurement services have effectively reduced procurement costs for the majority of member companies. In 2017, the total scale of apartment purchasing exceeded RMB 200 million.

The Henan Apartment Management Association has seven core departments, including the Project Development Center, Financial Investment Center, Apartment Supply Chain, Apartment Decoration Standards Committee, Operations Management Committee, Training Center, and Member Center. In October 2017, we collaborated with China Construction Seventh Engineering Bureau, Kangqiao Group, and Jianxiang Decoration to prepare the country's first "White Paper on Hardcover Standards for Apartments in Henan Province", with more than 60 editorial board members.

In November 2017, the first batch of housing rental pilot enterprises in Henan Province were released, eight of which are initiating members of the association. They are the top professional brand youth long-term rental apartment operators in Henan, accounting for 60% of the Zhengzhou youth service apartment market.

The purpose of the Henan Apartment Management Association is: "Linking government and enterprises, developing together, serving members, industry endorsement, win-win cooperation, and serving the society." It has established an advanced, efficient and practical industry service system, set a benchmark in the national apartment industry, and won unanimous praise from the apartment alliances of ten provincial capital cities in central China.

Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the rental industry has been upgraded to the national strategy of "equal rights for renting and selling" and has become an industry pilot for the transformation and development of the national real estate industry. It is also an important support for the talent strategies of major cities.
