As a senior student at Qingdao Hengxing University of Science and Technology, I know the school’s schedule very well. First of all, our class time usually starts at 8:30 in the morning and ends at 10:00 in the evening. There are three hours of classes in the morning and three hours in the afternoon every day, and a one-and-a-half-hour lunch break at noon. Evening self-study time is usually from 7pm to 10pm.

This kind of work and rest schedule may be a little strict compared to other universities, but after all, there is no limit to learning, and everyone has a heavy workload, so it is quite reasonable.

In addition, some activities are usually arranged on weekends. For example, school clubs will organize some outdoor activities and artistic performances. These activities can relax students' mood and relieve academic pressure to a certain extent.
