Then, check the signatures of the upper and lower parts of the luggage storage tag and hand over the luggage to the guests after confirming that the signatures are consistent.

Baggage claim by others: When the baggage claim agent comes to claim the baggage, he will present a valid provincial certificate and ask the guest's name and the number of pieces of luggage. Accept the bottom of the luggage storage label, check with the top and luggage storage records, hand over the luggage to the valet and ask the valet to write a receipt.

Pick up the luggage when the guest's luggage tag is lost: please show your valid certificate, check your signature, and ask the guest to check the number of check-outs, left-behind luggage and room number.
