First, the detection range

2. People who do not participate in irregular nucleic acid detection in non-key populations:

Sampling is not recommended for infants under 2 years old.

If you have fever, cough and other symptoms, you should report to your community and grid in advance, do personal protection, go to a professional fever clinic in time, and do not participate in this round of nucleic acid sampling.

Staff of government agencies and institutions, teachers and students of schools, employees of enterprises, and those who have taken nucleic acid samples within 48 hours still need to take nucleic acid samples according to the original cycle, and can participate in irregular nucleic acid testing for non-key people on their own according to actual needs.

Second, the sampling location and time schedule

Third, matters needing attention

1. All sampling personnel, please always wear masks and personal ID cards, pre-register the area for nucleic acid detection through the "Personal Sampling Information Collection" WeChat applet in advance, fill in the nucleic acid detection information, generate a QR code and take screenshots for retention, take the initiative to show their "health code", take part in temperature detection, queue up in an orderly manner according to the instructions on the spot, keep a safe distance of "one meter", and do not cut in line, talk or gather.

2. Irregular nucleic acid testing for non-key populations is free. If no notice is received within 24 hours after sampling, the test result is negative and no written report is issued.

3. Please actively cooperate with the residents and friends, take the initiative to participate in irregular nucleic acid testing for non-key people every week, do not stop to watch, do not take photos and videos, do not make rumors, do not believe in rumors, and do not spread rumors. Those who interfere with or obstruct sample collection, maliciously spread rumors, spread false pictures, videos and speeches, and cause serious social impact will be strictly investigated for legal responsibility according to law.

If there is no negative record of nucleic acid detection within 7 days, the first line of nucleic acid detection mark under the two-dimensional code of health code will turn yellow when scanning the field code, that is, "bright yellow card"; If the epidemic risk level of the cities visited within 14 days is medium-high risk or adjusted to medium-high risk, the cities with trip codes will be marked with asterisks, that is, "codes with asterisks".

Measures should be taken to restrict those who are given "bright Huang Ka" in the health code and those who have a history of living outside the city with "star code" in the travel code from entering certain places:

Operators in public places must strengthen the control of people who show yellow cards and star codes on the basis of "code scanning, temperature measurement, code inspection and wearing masks" as required. Once found, it is forbidden to enter, and report to the competent department, community and the township and street epidemic prevention and control headquarters, and urge the bright yellow card personnel to sample at the nearest nucleic acid sampling point.
