In which city are the Twin Towers in China located?

The Chinese Twin Towers are in Xiamen.

Xiamen Shimao Strait Tower is located on Yanwu West Road, Siming District, Xiamen City, Fujian Province. It is an urban complex integrating hotels, office buildings, SOHO offices, as well as sightseeing, shopping, leisure, entertainment and catering. Its architectural image is shaped like a sail, and incorporates the creativity of Xiamen's city flower Bougainvillea, echoing the waves on the seaside.

On May 20, 2018, the third 520 Cloud Marathon and 2018 International Vertical Climbing Grand Prix kicked off at the Xiamen Strait Shimao Tower Station in Xiamen. As the fifth station of this year’s International Vertical Climbing Grand Prix National Series, this station takes “Love on the Top of the City” as the theme of the event, attracting nearly 600 domestic and foreign climbing enthusiasts to sign up for the competition. They challenged the height of 300 meters, 64 level, a track with 2,200 steps.

In order to better customize Xiamen’s landmarks, Shimao teamed up with the design unit GENSLER USA, the architectural design team behind Shanghai Tower, China’s tallest building. They designed two 250-meter-high buildings into beautiful "sails" and incorporated the visual elements of Xiamen's city flower "bougainvillea", hoping to compete with the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia.
