Legal basis: Article 3 of the Measures for the Administration of Seals in People's Republic of China (PRC) refers to the official seals of state power organs, party and government organs, judicial and political organs, armed forces, democratic parties, trade unions, organizations, enterprises, institutions, civil affairs departments, non-governmental organizations, neighborhood (village) committees, deliberation and coordination institutions and non-permanent institutions.
