What are the requirements for German visa hotel orders?

Embassies around the world require all German visa applicants to provide proof of accommodation during their travel in Europe-hotel reservation: to prove the applicant's accommodation abroad and reflect the visa applicant's itinerary.

1) Hotel order (English version) usually has two forms: 1) Book the hotel online by yourself, and print out the successful booking page as the hotel reservation proof document; 2) Fax of hotel accommodation confirmation letter provided by overseas travel agency;

2) hotel order payment: hotel reservation forms are generally free, and if you can do it yourself, do it yourself; If you can't do it or are afraid that your reservation doesn't meet the requirements of the embassy, you can ask the visa agent to do it for you (of course, there is a charge, because agents also have to live, and these services all depend on life)

3) If the visa agent helps you book the hotel, generally speaking, the visa agent will not pay you, because the hotel in Europe is at least tens of euros a night, and the service fee earned by the normal agent is 100 euros. If you book a hotel for several nights, the agent will lose a lot of money if you don't check in!

1) The hotel order requested by the embassy is actually a plan. In principle, it won't be the final trip, so usually the embassy won't verify whether you really made a reservation or confirmed the payment.

2) However, some or some embassies are very strict on this issue. If you cancel the hotel reservation before giving you a visa, the embassy will think that the itinerary you provided is not true enough and may refuse the visa!

3) I would like to remind you that the Belgian embassy is very abnormal: as soon as you cancel the hotel order, you may be refused a visa (especially a tourist visa) immediately; Apply for a business visa, reprimand directly by phone, and ask for hotel confirmation or refusal.
