If you don't charge the remaining room rate, you can return it in the same way and get a cash refund.

1. Back to the original way: If the guest pays the room rate by credit card or debit card, the hotel will usually return the remaining room rate to the original payment method. The processing time of refund may be different from bank to bank, and it takes 3-5 working days.

2. Cash refund: If the guest pays the room rate in cash, the hotel will refund the remaining room rate in cash. Guests can apply for a refund at the hotel front desk.
