How to use Ctrip cancellation insurance?

I feel Ctrip's insurance is a huge pit. You can read the terms clearly.

"Ping An Ctrip has no reason to cancel travel insurance" clause

(1) Termination due to non-self reasons: pay compensation according to 100% of the actual loss amount;

(2) Cancellation due to its own reasons: 80% of the actual loss amount will be paid;

The insured with the above-mentioned (1) and (2) insurance liabilities can choose to insure one or two of them and set up insurance separately.

The insurance amount is subject to the insurance policy.
