3. The company's administrative department arranges personnel to supervise employees to punch in and out of work every day, and is responsible for reporting the employee's attendance to the leader, who then reports it to the finance department, which issues attendance awards and fills in the employee appraisal form accordingly.

Everyone must report to the company before going out to handle all kinds of business. Special circumstances must be signed and approved by the competent leader. Those who have not gone through the formalities will be treated as late or absent from work.

5. Those who arrive within 5 minutes to 30 minutes after the start of working hours will be punished as late; Those who arrive at work in 30 minutes 1 hour will be punished as absenteeism 1 hour; Those who exceed 1 hour will be punished as absenteeism for half a day. Those who leave work within 15 minutes in advance are regarded as absenteeism for half a day, and those who leave work before 15 minutes are regarded as absenteeism for half a day.

6. Before going on a business trip, employees must explain the reasons for going out and the time to return to the company to the department head, otherwise they will be treated as going out for personal reasons.

7. Those who go out to do private affairs during working hours will be deducted from the attendance award once they are found.

8. If you are late or leave early within one month, you will be deducted 50% attendance award for three times and 100% attendance award for five times.

9. Employees who are absent from work for half a day without reason will be deducted from the attendance award of the month and given a warning; Those who are absent from work for a total of 3 days every month will be deducted from the salary of that month and given a demerit. Those who are absent from work for more than a week without reason will be dismissed.

10. Employees must fill in the business trip registration form in advance, and those below the deputy manager shall be approved by the department manager, the department manager by the competent leader, and the senior management shall report to the general manager for approval. If it is impossible to go through the formalities due to work emergency, it must be approved by the person in charge. Those who have expired or failed to fill in the travel registration form will not be given attendance bonus or reimbursed for travel expenses. Third, sick leave management methods

1. Those who take a day off due to illness should apply the next day at the latest, and submit the application for leave to the personnel department for registration after being signed by the supervisor.

2. A doctor's certificate is not required for sick leave within one day, but sick leave for more than one day in a month or a certificate of seeing a doctor on the same day must be provided (it must be a public hospital, and private hospitals are invalid).

3. The accumulated sick leave for the whole year shall not exceed 30 days. After the expiration of sick leave, those who need to continue to rest after being diagnosed by doctors in public or labor insurance hospitals may be given special sick leave as appropriate, but the limit is 3 months, and the current hospitalization is limited to 1 year.

4. Marriage leave: All employees who have worked in the hotel for one year continuously and meet the national marriage age can enjoy paid marriage leave for 3 days (including public holidays and holidays) according to the regulations of returning to China.

Hotel employees can get married in accordance with state regulations and enjoy three days' marriage leave. Marriage leave must be enjoyed at the time of marriage and cannot be used alone. The use period is valid for half a year from the date of receiving the marriage certificate.

Leave for marriage leave: if a hotel official contract employee applies for marriage leave, he/she must fill it out at the Human Resources Department 30 days in advance? Employee vacation? , signed and approved by the department manager, submitted to the human resources department for the record.

5. Shift change and shift change:

In principle, the hotel is not allowed to change the rest time or shift. Employees must go to work according to the shift time stipulated by the hotel and rest on the public holidays arranged in advance. 6. Compensatory leave:

If employees need to rest or work overtime due to work, the hotel will give them the same rest time within one year according to the work arrangement.

The hotel department is not allowed to borrow holidays. If any employee in the department asks for leave, the person in charge of the department directly under which the leave is arranged shall bear the responsibility of asking for leave.

7. bereavement leave:

If immediate family members (such as parents, children, spouses, in-laws, parents-in-law) and non-immediate family members (including grandparents) of hotel employees die, employees can get three days paid funeral leave for immediate family members and one day paid funeral leave for non-immediate family members. Employees apply for funeral leave with valid certificates. This leave is used once for funeral leave.

8. Statutory holidays: Hotel employees can enjoy eleven paid holidays stipulated by the state. Namely:

9. Annual leave: All full-time employees have worked in this hotel for one year, and the attendance rate in that year is over 98%. You can enjoy paid annual leave (except holidays) in the following year, and you can add one working day every year from the second year, with the longest working day not exceeding 10. 6. Anyone who is late or leaves early within 10 minutes will be deducted 10 yuan/time; If it is accumulated more than three times a month, it will be calculated as one day's personal leave; Those who arrive late or leave early for more than 30 minutes will be directly treated as half-day personal leave.

Seven, the time of punching in is subject to the time of attendance clock. If there is a scarlet letter or violation of regulations, it shall be handled according to the regulations of being late or leaving early.

Eight, don't hit the heavy card, where the punching time is unclear due to human reasons, this time period will be treated as personal leave.

9. If you forget to punch in at work, you must submit it to the direct leader for confirmation on the same day (it will be invalid after the deadline), and the number of times of punching in is limited to 3 times per month. More than 3 times, signed by 10 yuan/time.

10. If you can't punch in on time during working hours, you can ask your immediate supervisor to sign the card certificate within 2 days.

Absenteeism: refers to absenteeism without consent or according to prescribed procedures; 1 day wages will be deducted for half a day, and one day wages will be deducted for two days; Absence from work for 3 consecutive days or accumulated absence for 5 days within one month will automatically terminate the contract; Those who are absent from work for 7 days throughout the year will be dismissed;

4. Off-duty: refers to the employee who leaves his post without performing any formalities during his work, and is fined 50 yuan for each time he leaves his post.

Third, the vacation system.

1. Sick leave: refers to the leave when an employee is sick and needs treatment; Sick leave must have a valid certificate from the hospital, and those without relevant certificates shall be treated as absenteeism; Sick leave is deducted from the basic daily salary by 50%.

2. Personal leave: refers to the leave taken by employees because they have to deal with things in person; However, the accumulated personal leave for the whole year shall not exceed 30 days, and the excess shall be treated as absenteeism; The daily wage will be deducted according to the actual number of days of personal leave.

3. Marriage leave: refers to the leave taken by employees when they reach the legal age for marriage and apply for a marriage certificate; Marriage leave can enjoy 7 days paid leave, and more than 7 days will be treated as personal leave.

4. Annual leave: employees who have worked in the company/office for one year can enjoy three days of paid leave, which can be increased year by year, but the longest is not more than seven days, and special circumstances are determined according to their working ability; Annual leave must be declared 2 days in advance, only in the current year.

5. Work-related injury leave: according to relevant national laws and regulations.

6. Funeral leave: employees whose immediate family members (parents, spouses and children of both parties) died will be given 3 days paid funeral leave; If collateral relatives (including grandma and grandparents) die, they will be given 1 day paid funeral leave; If it exceeds the specified time, it will be treated as personal leave.

Fourth, leave, leave

1. Employees must submit leave application forms in advance.

Six, get out

1. Seven, overtime

1, the company/office requires employees to work hard during normal working hours, improve work efficiency, complete specified tasks on time, and do not advocate overtime. If overtime is required under special circumstances, an overtime approval form must be filled in and submitted to the leader for approval. 2. For approved overtime, the company/office shall make statistics and settlement on a monthly basis. All overtime work must be paid for sick leave and personal leave first, day by day. Overtime is paid by some companies/offices, and no vacation is taken.

3. Overtime wages shall be paid at 150% of normal wages.

Eight, business trip

Employees on business trips should fill out the business trip application form in advance and report it to the department manager or general manager for approval; When the general manager is on a business trip, he should know the conference office for contact. The application form for business trip should be submitted to the office for reference.

1. Transport standard for business trip: mainly trains (not soft sleepers) and cars, and airplanes are not allowed (except in special circumstances).

2. Travel expenses standard:

Reimbursement of transportation expenses is only reported, but not supplemented. Travel expenses are no longer reimbursed by car.

Accommodation allowance:

General manager and above: reimbursed according to the facts.

Nine. resign (office/one's job/post)

Resignation is divided into normal resignation and automatic resignation. Normal resignation is divided into voluntary resignation and company/office resignation.

1. Resignation: After the probation period expires, the employee shall inform the company/office/0/5 days in advance, and after the approval of the office director and the company/office leader, the resignation formalities and work handover shall be handled on the due date. Employees' wages, subsidies, bonuses and other income are calculated to the date of resignation, and will be paid in one lump sum within three days of resignation.

2. Resignation of the company/office: If an employee fails to meet the requirements of the company/office during his work, or his own behavior seriously violates the company/office system, he will be dismissed with the approval of the office director, and the company/office will notify him 15 days in advance. Wages, bonuses and subsidies will be paid in one lump sum within three days from the date of resignation.

3. Employees who leave their jobs normally must hand over all the work with the company/office before going through the resignation formalities.

4. Employees who seriously infringe the interests of the company/office during their work and cause significant direct and indirect losses to the company/office will be dismissed without any compensation, and relevant legal responsibilities will be investigated.

5. The company/office of the person who voluntarily resigns will not make any compensation, and if there is any behavior that harms the interests of the company/office, relevant legal responsibilities will be investigated.

The office will report the relevant records of fines, bonuses, subsidies and other benefits involved in the above attendance system to the company/office for specific implementation. If the company/office has new regulations on attendance system in the future, it shall be implemented according to the company/office standards.

X. supplementary provisions

1. Employees' disciplinary fines shall be managed by the company/office in a unified way as the funds for the company/office's collective activities.

2. This system shall be implemented as of the date of release by the company/office.

3. The right to interpret this system belongs to the company/office.

2. The hotel arranges personnel to supervise employees to punch in and out of work every day, and is responsible for reporting the attendance of employees to the duty manager, who reports to the personnel department, who issues attendance bonuses and fills in the employee appraisal form accordingly;

Three, employee time card management regulations:

(1) Employees are allowed to be late twice a month, and the cumulative lateness time should not exceed 30 minutes. (3) Employees are allowed to miss the punch card twice a month, which should be handled by the supervisor. Those who miss the punch card for more than three times (including three times) should still be punished despite the work certificate approved by the department head. Employees exceeding this number will be treated as 10 yuan/time.

(4) Employees who miss punching should fill in the Statement of Employees Missing Punching. After the department head confirms the working hours, the administrative department will handle it accordingly.

(5) The office is responsible for the implementation of this regulation in hotels throughout the company, and the heads of all departments shall supervise the employees to go to work at the specified time. If the supervisor is absent from work in violation of regulations or conceals the absenteeism of employees, the punishment shall be doubled according to the amount deducted by employees in violation of regulations.

(6) The security personnel shall seriously implement and supervise the punching system stipulated by the company, and shall not play for them. Once the employees who punch in the cards are found, they will be given an economic penalty of 100 yuan/person (the target of punishment: the punching person and the punched person); The security guard will be fined 100 yuan and suspended.

(7) If you arrive late and leave early for four times within one month, you will be deducted 50% attendance award and 100% attendance award for five times, and you will be given a warning;

(8) Employees who are absent from work for half a day without reason will be deducted from the attendance award of the current month and given a warning.
