In 1991, Mr. Yu Jinggan founded Guangdong Xingyi Architectural Art Design Center in Guangzhou.

In 1992, the company was renamed Guangdong Xingyi Decoration Co., Ltd. and became the first private decoration enterprise in the country to be registered with the industrial and commercial department. The founder, Mr. Yu Jinggan, served as the chief designer.
