Does anyone know the specific situation of studying in Korea?
Korean law does not allow foreign students to rent a house separately, so most of them live in the dormitory provided by the school. The average price ranges from 654.38 million to 300,000 won a month. In addition, they also need to pay for water, electricity, telephone and winter heating (generally about 654.38 million yuan per month). Now many students rent their own houses outside, and one of them is monthly rent. Generally, the rent is one month150-400,000. Before moving in, there is a room deposit of150-30 million, which will be returned to you when moving out. Although it's a good deal, I'm afraid it's hard for ordinary people in China to come up with so much money.
Housing form: If you are a foreigner who wants to live in Seoul for a long time, you'd better choose to rent a house, which is more favorable than other accommodation facilities. There are many kinds of houses in Seoul, single-family, mansion, apartment and one room. Most of the first three have no furniture, so before signing the contract, you should confirm the form of the house and prepare the furniture you need.
1. Single-family: It is to build a house and a yard on personal land, which is a single-family house. In winter, gas or kerosene is generally used for heating, and the landlord is responsible for safety. Many foreigners live in houses like Hannan Cave and Chengbei Cave.
2. Mansion: The area is larger than that of ordinary apartments, generally 3 or 4 floors, and the manager and doorman are responsible for security, all over Seoul.
3. Apartment: The doorman is resident and provides services. Equipped with parking lot and courtyard.
4. One room: the living room, bedroom and kitchen are one room, similar to single apartments, mostly near universities such as Xincun Cave and Xinlindong.
5. Boarding: Living in an ordinary family, the landlord will provide a room with two meals in the morning and evening. Accommodation is paid monthly, and the price depends on the traffic and equipment.
China settlement: With the internationalization of Han cities, there are more and more foreigners living for a long time. Therefore, it is natural to form a concentrated area of foreigners living in different countries and regions. Although the living area is small, you can experience exotic cultures and taste exotic flavors here. In particular, most people in China live in caves in Yan Xi.
The traffic in Korea is very developed. The criss-crossing railway network runs through the country. It takes about 4 hours 10 minutes from Seoul to Busan by train. The expressway network is very convenient to connect the towns in South Korea.
Food prices in Seoul (all food prices are market prices near my residence, calculated in won)
Bread, a bag of small slices 1000/400-500g, can be eaten for three mornings, and there is a discount in e-mart on weekends 1280, hehe, 800g, just enough for one week.
There are two kinds of milk of the same brand. One is tetra pak, which can be stored for more than 1 month, and it is 1250. The other is a house-shaped box, which is 1600, and both are 1000ml. The latter 200ml small box will buy one get one free, but it is still the first cost performance. As for the taste,
Flour is fine, 900- 1000/ kg, and rice is very expensive, about 1700 /500g. I eat rice at school at noon, so I usually don't cook rice at night, but I bought it anyway, because I can't cook pancakes when stewing fish and meat.
Instant noodles are usually packaged in 2000 to 3000/5 packages. I have eaten two kinds occasionally. One is spicy Lamian Noodles, which is also found in China, that is, from Nong Xin. It is very spicy. I also changed another kind of seafood, and the corresponding Korean food is called' Kaigusu'. But it's not delicious, mainly because of the seasoning. There is no delicious sauce and oil bag, so it is better to eat instant noodles (the price varies from 1200- 1600/900g due to the thickness and brand), adjust your own taste, beat an egg and stir-fry a dish.
Quick-frozen dumplings, 4000/400-500g, originally filled with cabbage and kimchi. A box of (small) dumpling wrappers is 1700, so it's most cost-effective to roll the dumpling wrappers yourself and stuff them in. It is usually eaten when there are many people or during the Chinese New Year holidays, which is also worth tossing.
Grease, basically soybean oil and corn oil, is about 3000-4000/ 1.8L ... Koreans are afraid of oil, and you can't see oil flowers in the canteen. Although I eat a lot in the canteen every day, I am still very hungry after school, so I have to refuel myself.
Vegetables: onion, my favorite is actually 2000/6, or that kind of white onion, I can eat two at a time. There is a stall selling onions, haha, a small basket of 2000, so heavy.
Green pepper, 1000/3-4 small, with an egg or some shredded pork, a dish can be fried two.
Chinese cabbage, 1000/ half is still a small tree, but it is still a lot after being cut, and it is occasionally used as a side dish for boiled meatballs.
Chinese cabbage, 2000/ 1 tree, 500/ season, rarely eaten, I don't know how to eat it.
Broccoli, 1000/ 1, can't be eaten once fried.
Potatoes (large) 300/ 100g, bought two and asked for 1400.
Small tomato, 500-600/ 100g, the big one is not delicious, and it looks tasteless when eaten raw. I won't buy it.
Soybean sprouts are the cheapest, 500/ bag. I cooked them and stored them in the refrigerator as cold dishes.
Cucumber, 1000/3-5, is certainly not the kind with thorns at the top in China, and some are similar to autumn cucumbers.
Garlic shoots 1000/ a handful,
Carrots, 1000/3-5.
Generally speaking, there are 5000/30 eggs. The cheapest egg in Lotte Supermarket is 2800/30 eggs, but it is very small. Eggs are really a good thing. They can be steamed, boiled, fried, fried and made into soup.
Marine fish, I don't know what kind of fish it is. How much is it per catty? I bought a big one, only 1000, and it tastes good. There are 5000/3 flat fish, medium size, rarely eaten. Lean meat is about 450/100g, beef can't be seen, at least 1400/100g, mutton has never been seen, and pork belly is also very expensive, but I don't like it, it seems to be around 1500/ 100 g. I feel that the lean meat here tastes terrible. Pork stuffing, 2400/600g, is occasionally used to make boiled meatballs without oil.
Chicken, according to the size of the whole chicken, ranging from 2500 to 5000 yuan. Eating meat and soup, well, delicious. There are also chicken legs and chicken breasts, which are much more expensive, 980/ 100g, but the key point is that the taste is not as good as that of whole chicken. Once I saw chicken feet, I didn't ask the price at that time. Later, I went to the Yellow Crane and didn't revisit the earth, so I never saw them again. I'm depressed.
Scallion, necessary for cooking, 500-800/ bundle. Ginger, 2000/ a big piece, garlic, 5000/ 1 a small bag, this is too expensive, and I only buy stew and fish.
Soy sauce, 2500-3500/ 1L, bought several kinds, and the ones with the words "all" and "No 1" are better. Vinegar, the taste is different from that in China, 650/400ml.
Sugar, 900/ 1kg, feels so cheap. I bought it and ate it once. Sugar and tomatoes are mixed together, and the others have survived the sugar color.
Salt is about 600 /500g, but I haven't bought monosodium glutamate. I don't know.
Beer, Hi brand 1400/ bottle; Soju, I hate it. I don't know.
At present, bananas are the cheapest among fruits and can be eaten all year round. 2500 yuan a pair, about 16, very big and good. There are cheaper ones outside. I saw a truck buy them at the subway entrance. Only 2000 yuan. It's big and super good. Strawberry, 1500 /400g or so, oversize 2500/400g or so. These are the two most eaten, and there are small tomatoes, 2000-2500/400g. Apples, 1000/ piece, but they are not made in China. They are relatively small, unattractive and unpalatable. Sometimes there are special prices in supermarkets, so you can buy some and eat them slowly. Oranges, big ones around 1000. Pineapple, the very green kind, 4000/ piece, not considering peeling. Grape 600/ 100g, kiwi fruit 3500/5, and a small yellow and white melon, about the size of my fist, 3000/3-5. These are affordable. Watermelon and other fruits can only be seen. A small pearl melon costs 8000 yuan, and a watermelon costs 6000-8000 yuan. What is this?
Chewing gum: Lotte Sanbao 1000 won, *** 18.
Coffee is cheaper than domestic coffee, and there is often a discount. 20 packs of Nestle three-in-one instant only need 950 yuan, which is RMB 50 cents a pack. Stay up late before the exam and buy it occasionally. There are many kinds of tea, but all of them are bagged tea, which tastes bad, so people who love tea have brought them from China.
Mineral water: 500/500ml bought outside when going out to play, and 500/2L is the cheapest in the supermarket.
Supermarket 950/ 1.5L Pepsi-Cola, Coca-Cola 1300/ 1.5L, orange juice 2000/1L or so, and canned coke 400 or so, which is smaller than that in China.
There are also various small packages of fruit juice, vegetable juice between 350-700, canned Nestle coffee, 1000/6×200ml.
Yogurt, usually a lactic acid drink, is very sweet and has been drunk for too long, hehe. Original yogurt 1600/4× 100ml, not delicious, not as good as the yogurt of my hometown sports team.
Snickers, big 800, bought in a small shop, but the supermarket doesn't know.
Chocolate, I have seen Dove, there are not so many kinds in China. Often eat the 1000/ 180g promotional clothing.
I can't find melon seeds and plums. I often see cashews, peanuts and raisins. I haven't bought them.
Seaweed, a big bag of 2000/ 1 in Chengdu, often eaten.
Cookies and cakes are very strange. The guide price is printed directly on the package, but they are both cheaper than that price. The most common factions are basically hovering around 2000-3000. Cookies are about 500- 1000/ 100g, similar to black and white bars. They are all very common and cheap, 1000/3-4 boxes. Buy it occasionally and put it in your schoolbag when you are hungry in the afternoon. Nong Xin's shrimp strips taste good, the guide price is 600/90g, and generally 450 is enough.
Popsicle is between 500- 1000. It tastes good, but it's too sweet.
Eating out, hehe, 3000-5000 is the most common. Note that it's not barbecue or something, but noodles and bibimbap. Barbecued rice is between 2000 and 3000, but it is not enough at all. Bibimbap costs about 5,000 yuan, fried rice costs 3,500-4,000 yuan, cold noodles costs 3,500-4,000 yuan, and spicy Lamian Noodles is the cheapest,1500-2,000 yuan, but I won't eat anything I don't eat at home. I feel that the restaurants near the university are cheaper and more delicious. Hamburg, about 2000, delicious on the right, but not absolutely. This is the smallest gap with China, and it tastes good. I often eat it. Sandwiches are often eaten, at least better than pickles. Rice cakes, usually 300-600 yuan pieces, taste good, but still worse than domestic ones, and feel not waxy enough.
South Korea's takeaway is very developed, and it is generally guaranteed to be delivered within 30 minutes. But I don't know the price, it's all rubbing. But it will never be less than 4000, and you must eat noodles. The soup will soon be full, bibimbap is a big bowl, and there is a little less rice, which is gone before eating.
The canteen set meal 1500-4000 (I only eat 1500) is different every day, but the essential things are white rice, pickles and soup. It's not very delicious and spicy, but it's quite a lot (only rice and kimchi), so I always gulp down rice and go back to cook by myself at night to supplement vitamins and protein.
Another very distressing thing is plastic bags. Plastic bags in supermarkets cost money. Due to different sizes, the price is between 20 and 50. I usually take my own bag to the supermarket. Hehe, save it if you can. No one's money is white. Garbage bags are even more distressing. 10 20L package is 3300 yuan, which is about 30 yuan.
Note: This is the general price of supermarkets and markets. Everyone is a student and has plenty of money, but most of them still spend their parents' or their own hard-earned money, so in order to save money, eat well, look carefully and try to find it. Sometimes supermarkets will promote sales, generally at least 20% off, and some can get 50% off or even lower. There is a small supermarket on my way to school. Every time I go after school, I see what's on sale today and what's the cheapest, so what do I eat today or even the next day? Every week, the cost of cooking and eating never exceeds 7000 yuan. There are meat, eggs and vegetables to ensure good nutrition. Breakfast with milk and bread (2500/ week), school canteen 1500 * 5, plus fruit and spare flowers, I will control my weekly expenses to 25000. Hehe, in a month, 10 will come to 10 thousand. Water, electricity and more than 30 thousand. If the total amount of RMB is combined, it may not be able to catch up with the monthly expenses of some domestic college students (but this does not include rent, which is the biggest part, woo hoo). In fact, when I was in China, I didn't calculate it like this, or I spent a lot of money. I don't know why I grew up overnight after I came out. I suddenly understood that my parents worked hard, got up early and got greedy, and earned every penny. I always think that saving flowers is filial piety to my parents. Of course, I know my savings are more than mine, but I have tried my best, because I want to study hard with the revolutionary capital. And I know that if we want to live a better life, we should pay equal attention to open source and reduce expenditure, hehe.
Again: I am a girl and I don't know the cost of boys.
