Zheng Haiquan, born in GBS, JP (English name: Vincent Cheng, 1948-), born in Zhongshan, is a banker in Hong Kong.

In the 1970s, he was admitted to the Economics Department of New Asia College of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and successively obtained a bachelor's degree in social sciences from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a master's degree in philosophy from the Economics Department of Auckland University, New Zealand. 1978 joined the finance department of HSBC.
