Eating fruit immediately after meals will lead to long-term disorder of digestive function. But fruit is a monosaccharide food, which is easily absorbed by the small intestine and does not need to stay in the stomach for a long time. Therefore, it is not advisable to eat fruit immediately after eating. Generally speaking, it is advisable to eat fruit 2 hours after meals or before meals 1 hour.
