1. All people coming to Huaihe from outside the province must undergo free nucleic acid testing at the city's 19 transportation stations and highway exits as soon as possible. People coming to Huaihe who have a history of living in high-risk areas or having contact with relevant people, as well as people coming to Huaihe who have intersected with the movements of confirmed cases and asymptomatic infections announced in various places, must take the initiative to report to their communities, work units or places as soon as possible. 2. All hotels must strictly check passengers’ health codes, itinerary codes and nucleic acid test certificates within 48 hours. If tourists from Huaihe from outside the province are found, report them to the community as soon as possible, and urge tourists to implement nucleic acid tests in Huaihe as soon as possible. Before the results are detected, you are not allowed to go to crowded places.

3. Officials and employees of party and government agencies at all levels, public institutions, and state-owned enterprises should not leave Huaihe unless necessary. We encourage all citizens to not leave Huaihe unless necessary and avoid traveling to areas with medium and high risks of the epidemic.

4. The city has suspended various large-scale conferences and offline training and other activities, and encourages all types of conferences and training to be held online.

5. Relevant departments in various places should carry out special inspections of public places where people gather, and inspect chess and card rooms, cinemas, Internet cafes, bars, KTVs, tourist attractions, etc. that do not meet the requirements for epidemic prevention and control.
