Mengcheng, formerly known as Shansang, Qiyuan, Yang Guo and Feishui, is a county under the jurisdiction of Bozhou City, Anhui Province. Located in the middle of Huaibei Plain, northwest of Anhui Province, with a total area of 209 1 km2.
