Mengcheng, formerly known as Shansang, Qiyuan, Yang Guo and Feishui, is a county under the jurisdiction of Bozhou City, Anhui Province. Located in the middle of Huaibei Plain, northwest of Anhui Province, with a total area of 209 1 km2. It governs 14 townships, 3 streets and 294 administrative villages (communities), with the registered population of14.82 million as of 202 1.
